Karen Conley Music/Band page Events WG Mini Concert - Oct. 16th, 2010 - 11:30 am at the Carroll-Turner Gallery on Canyon Road as part of the Historic festival. There will be a short program put on by a select group of Music students to Showcase the WG talent... Direct Donations District funding is very tight this year, and the music Program got almost no money from SFPS. We would like very much to raise $1000. to purchase recorders and sheet music so each student can have one to use and take home to practice. Direct donations thru the PTC are the best way to help; please make checks payable to 'Wood-Gormley PTC' at 141 Booth St. Santa Fe, NM 87505, and put 'music program' in the memo area. The PTC is a 501c3, so your donations are tax deductible. News... Outside the music room there is a bulletin board that will have the Music schedule and other info such as: Piano teachers, opportunities for auditions, names of Piano tuners and other pertinent information. Please look at it as you pass down the hallway. Remember to read the Pasatiempo for concert opportunities, play performances and other fun music events.
